SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Packages for both standard and Express deliveries will be sent to the AKIS Express shop of your choice. Please follow the instructions on the card. If the item is not picked up within 7 days it will be returned to us. If you wish to have it redelivered, the customer will have to pay the delivery costs again, or accept refunded minus delivery charge.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not entirely delighted with your products, you may return them to us within 10 working days of receipt of your order. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange as long as the item(s) are returned in perfect condition and in the original package unused. Our Delivery Charges cannot be refunded.

If you wish to return any items to us, please be aware that you (the customer) are responsible for any postage costs connected to this if this was not an error on our behalf. If the returned items do not make it back to us we will require proof of postage before a refund can be issued. Please do not return any item to us before contacting us via email to inform us of any return.

Damaged Items: Claim Procedure

1. Claims for items damaged on delivery must be made within 5 days of receipt of the package.

2. Email us hippiebygloria@gmail.com to let us know about the damaged item. We might ask for proof.

3. Do not return the item without us advising you to do so. Please keep all the original packaging.

4. Do not dispose of the item unless we instruct you to do so as we often need a photograph of the item to claim against the carrier, or we might ask you to return the item to us at our expense.
